How to make a Me Quiero Casar (Coffee Cocktail)

Ingredients

• 45mL Scotch Whiskey
• 22.5mL Rum-fortified Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 22.5mL Almond Milk
• 30mL Cold-brew Coffee
• Nutmeg

Instructions

1. Make a rum-fortified sweetened condensed milk (2 parts condensed milk to 1 part rum)
2. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
3. Shake & strain over crushed ice into a high ball glass
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
