1. How much are shipping costs?

– Standard Shipping within Australia (no PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers) = $9.95
-Australia Post (PO Box / Parcel Locker) = $14.95

2. How long does it take to deliver my item?

Standard Shipping within Australia = 1-7 days* (Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway)
Proceed to checkout for more accurate time frames dependent on your delivery address.

3. How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We dispatch every business day so if you’re order is in prior to 2pm then it will most likely be dispatched on the same day (but not guaranteed).

4. How is it packaged?

All barware orders are carefully packaged with biodegradable packing filler to ensure safe arrival of your goods. Orders that include bar kits with additional items will be packaged together.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not yet. However we plan to implement international shipping ASAP.

6. Can I get express shipping?

Unfortunately, not at present. Like international shipping we plan to reimplement this ASAP.

7. What is your 30 day money back guarantee?

We want to ensure that your shopping experience is a positive one. You are more than welcome to return any unwanted items back to us (in original packaging and in a saleable condition) for a full refund of the product (this excludes actual shipping costs). If your goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, contact us and we will arrange for replacement(s) or a refund (at our discretion).

8. My item was damaged on arrival. Can I get a replacement?

Yes, of course. Whilst we do everything we can to package everything securely some times things can go wrong (although we are yet to have a breakage due to the way we pack items). If something arrives not in satisfactory condition or broken, please take a photo and contact us straight away and we will rectify the issue, quickly.

9. How do I change my order after purchasing?

Orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently so please contact us immediately to check if your order can be changed. If the order has been dispatched, we can change your order but additional costs will apply (return shipping, new shipping and restocking fee).

10. What types of payments do you accept?

11. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

If a product is out of stock, simply enter your email address on the product page and we’ll notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.
