Ingredients
- 70mL Dry Sherry (e.g. Fino, Olorosso, Amontillado)
- 30mL Falernum
- 22.5mL Orgeat
- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- Grapefruit Bitters
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain over crushed ice into a large wine glass
- Garnish with thinly sliced pineapple (see video below), orange and/or fresh mint
