River Mint & Cola Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45mL White Rum
  • 15mL Coffee Liqueur
  • 30mL Espresso
  • Cola

Instructions

  1. Shake the white rum, coffee liqueur and espresso together
  2. Half fill your high ball glass with cola
  3. Strain the cocktail into the high ball
  4. Using tongs, add the ice to fill the glass
  5. Garnish with river mint (or lime)

  • 30mL Kahlua
  • 30mL Coffee (espresso shot or cold drip coffee)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans
