Espresso martini
While this drink can be made with other types of coffee. Taking into account the dilution from shaking the drink with ice makes espresso the best. As it has the highest concentration. Instead of Kahlua, try Galliano Ristretto for an extra strong drink or vanilla liqueur for something a little more accessible. You can also try 42 Below Manuka Honey Vodka for something very different.

It is most likely the coffee used or not shaking enough.. the best coffee to use is cold drip coffee or fresh espresso. If you shake this for 12-15 seconds and agitate the ice within the shake, you should get a nice crema – good luck!

Sneaky little cheat to make it lovely and creamy is to substitute 15ml of the vodka for 15ml of Baileys. Give it a try!
Personally I use
30ml coffee
15ml coffee liqueur (there’s many out there)
15ml baileys
30ml Kahlua.
It’s a bit sweeter and a little softer on the alcohol content but I just prefer them that way.

What kind of cold drip coffee does Steve use in the video? I can’t understand what brand it was? I’d like to purchase?

It’s called Iced Drip but the last few years I have been using Mighty Mighty Coffee’s Cold Drip – https://www.mightymighty.coffee/cold-drip/fuse-cocktail-coffee-mixer
