Cucumber Coupe Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 60mL Gin
- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Prosecco
- Cucumber
Instructions
- Lightly muddle the cucumber
- Add the remaining ingredients excluding the Prosecco
- Shake then add Prosecco to your cocktail shaker
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig
