How to make a New York Flip

Ingredients

• 30mL Bourbon Whiskey
• 22.5mL Port
• 15mL Cream
• 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
• Egg Yolk

Instructions

1. Dry shake the egg white (see video)
2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
3. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
