The Harvard is a cognac version of the classic Manhattan. Surprisingly smooth and aromatic. Cognac, sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters.

Harvard Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 60mL Cognac
  • 30mL Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
  2. Stir for 20-25 seconds or until adequately diluted
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
