Emerald Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 60mL Irish Whiskey
- 5mL Green Chartreuse
- 5mL Génépy (Génépi) Des Alpes Liqueur (or substitute with Absinthe)
- 5mL Honey Syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for 20-25 seconds or until adequately diluted
- Strain over ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
