- 45mL Fernet-Branca
- 45mL Sweet Vermouth
- 5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 2 Dashes of Xocolatl Mole Bitters
- Whole Egg
Instructions
- Dry shake the whole egg (see video below)
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake & double strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with grated nutmeg
