INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Tanqueray Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 90-100mL Sparkling Wine
HOW TO
- Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine to your cocktail shaker
- Shake then add the sparkling wine and stir
- Pour over fresh ice into a collins glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
