Ingredients
- 45mL Dry Sherry (e.g. Amontillado, Fino, Olorosso)
- 22.5mL Dry Vermouth
- 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for approx. 25 seconds (taste to check dilution)
- Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
