How to make a Treacle

Ingredients

• 60mL Jamaican Dark Rum
• 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
• Sugar Cube
• Apple Juice

Instructions

1. Add a sugar cube to your mixing glass
2. Soak with the Angostura & Orange bitters
3. Muddle gently then fill with ice
4. Stir & strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
5. Float apple juice
6. Garnish with a twist of orange or an apple fan
