How to make a Bijou

Ingredients

• 30mL Gin
• 30mL Chartreuse
• 30mL Sweet Vermouth
• 2-3 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Stir for approximately 25 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with skewered lemon twist and a maraschino
