Ingredients
- 45mL Dark Jamaican Rum
- 22.5mL Campari
- 120mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 15mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup preferably demerara (1:1)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned
- Garnish with pineapple spears and skewered orange and maraschino
