If you believe your items are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately via email, email@example.com.
Evidence of the issue will need to be provided ie. photo(s) or video(s) and we will advise if the product(s) need to be returned. Upon return of the product(s), we will inspect and assess the item(s). If deemed damaged or defective, the product will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. If the refund is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product, initial shipping costs and the value of return shipping quoted by our freight providers.
