It is hard to tell that this cocktail has a whopping 3 shots of demerara aged rum. Perfectly refreshing with citrus, sugar and fragrant mint.
INGREDIENTS
- 90mL El Dorado 12yr Demerara Rum
- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 30mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- 3 x dashes of Angostura Bitters
HOW TO
- Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of your glass
- Fill your collins glass with crushed ice
- Add remaining ingredients except the bitters
- Swizzle the drink until the outside of the glass frosts up
- Add your spent limt & bitters
- Garnish with a mint sprig
