Punch Romaine Spritz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 30mL White Rum
- 30mL Fresh Orange Juice
- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Egg White
- Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except sparkling wine) into your cocktail shaker
- Dry shake (no ice) - this emulsifies the egg white
- Wet shake (with ice)
- Strain over crushed ice into a high ball
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a twist or slice of orange
