An almond flavoured syrup most commonly used in the classic Mai Tai cocktail. We use whole blanched almonds, natural almond extract, orange blossom and cane sugar to make a deliciously nutty addition to many classic and contempory cocktails.
Hailing from parts unknown, it is suspected Falernum originated on the Island of Barbados. Ginger, lime, clove, almond and cane sugar make up this classic Tiki staple. Great in cocktails or on ice cream or on pancakes, the list endless and the sky is the limit.
Hibiscus tea is traditionally drunk as an alternative to tea and coffee in Jamaica. However at christmas time hibiscus tea is infused with spices, fruits and sugar to make a glorious punch base. Hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and orange, need we say more.
