Snake Oil Tonic Syrup was first created at Kangaroo Island Spirits by owner Jon Lark. Using the original ingredient, Cinchona Bark from the fever trees in Peru, he has crafted a premium tonic that is well suited to any Gin and Tonic.
Now the small team of two (Jon’s son, Lindon Lark, and Geordan Elliss) are collaborating with fantastic small batch Australian Gins and Independent Stockists to bring premium syrups to gin lovers. Made with local ingredients including citrus, lemongrass, cardamon and pimento berries.
Simply mix with soda and your favourite gin with the option of a squeeze of citrus.
While Snake Oil Tonic Syrups may not cure any ailments, they are sure to please all when it comes to their rich embodied flavors.
