How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch on the same day if an order is placed before 2pm. Express orders are also prioritised during busy periods to ensure they get dispatched same day for next day delivery.

Please note that we now offer a limited selection of products from third parties. These are shipped separately directly from our partners. These products will be dispatched within 1-2 days and signified by “Ships separately within 1-2 days” which will be found just above the Add to Cart button.

How long does it take to deliver my item?

It depends on location. Standard Shipping will take 1-7 working days whilst Express Shipping is next day delivery to most major cities (if ordered before 2pm – please note that this is an estimated delivery time and may differ depending on location and during busy times).

My item was damaged on arrival. Can I get a replacement?

Yes, of course. Whilst we do everything we can to package everything securely some times things can go wrong. If something arrives not in satisfactory condition or broken, please take a photo and contact us straight away and we will rectify the issue, quickly.

I’m not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please send it back within 30 days and we will give you a full refund for the product (actual shipping costs excluded), no questions asked. If there is a defect with any of your items, contact us prior to returning and we can arrange a return label at no charge. Once received, we will exchange the item for you at our expense.

Please note that the items must be in new and unused condition if you are returning due to change of mind.

What is Cocktail Kit doing to minimise environmental impact?

The team behind Cocktail Kit have a strong belief that businesses need to take responsibility for minimising their impact on the environment. Customers need the option of not impacting the environment with their purchases. We continue to make small, incremental changes to minimise our footprint on the world, here are some examples:

• Carbon Offsetting by planting trees
• Removal of plastic packaging from products
• Ceasing to work with suppliers that utilise plastic packaging (as of July 2019)
• Compostable satchels from The Better Packaging Co
• Recyclable packaging and compostable packing filler
• Utilise Diamond Energy for our electricity (they invest in 100% renewables)
