How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch on the same day if an order is placed before 2pm. Express orders are also prioritised during busy periods to ensure they get dispatched same day for next day delivery.
Please note that we now offer a limited selection of products from third parties. These are shipped separately directly from our partners. These products will be dispatched within 1-2 days and signified by “Ships separately within 1-2 days” which will be found just above the Add to Cart button.
How long does it take to deliver my item?
It depends on location. Standard Shipping will take 1-7 working days whilst Express Shipping is next day delivery to most major cities (if ordered before 2pm – please note that this is an estimated delivery time and may differ depending on location and during busy times).

My item was damaged on arrival. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, of course. Whilst we do everything we can to package everything securely some times things can go wrong. If something arrives not in satisfactory condition or broken, please take a photo and contact us straight away and we will rectify the issue, quickly.
I’m not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?
Yes, of course. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please send it back within 30 days and we will give you a full refund for the product (actual shipping costs excluded), no questions asked. If there is a defect with any of your items, contact us prior to returning and we can arrange a return label at no charge. Once received, we will exchange the item for you at our expense.
Please note that the items must be in new and unused condition if you are returning due to change of mind.
