How to make a Peach Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS

• 60mL Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum
• 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
• 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
• Fresh peach or peach puree

HOW TO

1. Muddle peach in the bottom of shaker (if using fresh peach)
2. Add the white rum, fresh lime & sugar
3. Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a slice of peach or lime wheel

NOTES

Try playing with different rums – an aged or spiced rum works well with peach.
