INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum
- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Fresh peach or peach puree
HOW TO
- Muddle peach in the bottom of shaker (if using fresh peach)
- Add the white rum, fresh lime & sugar
- Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lime wheel
NOTES
Try playing with different rums – an aged or spiced rum works well with peach.
