How to make a Parkside Fizz

Parkside Fizz Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Vodka
  • 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Orgeat
  • 8 Mint Leaves

HOW TO

  1. Gently muddle the mint to release the oils
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  3. Shake & double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig
