How to make a Vieux Carre

Ingredients

• 22.5mL Rye Whiskey
• 22.5mL Cognac
• 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth
• 5mL Dom Benectine
• 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
• 1 Dash of Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Stir for 20-25 seconds
3. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a maraschino cherry
