How to make a Negroni Sour // NEGRONI WEEK

Ingredients

• 22.5ml Gin
• 22.5mL Campari
• 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth
• 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15mL Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
• Egg White

Instructions

1. Dry shake the egg white (see video below)
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Shake & double strain into a chilled coup glass
4. Garnish with a twist of orange
