Los Altos Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 45mL Tequila
- 15mL Mezcal
- 45mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 15mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Dash of Soda
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake then add a dash of soda
- Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass
- Garnish with pineapple spears or wedge
