The Old Cuban is somewhat like a cross between a Mojito and a French 75. Aged rum and citrus compliment the fresh mint and aromatic bitters.
- 45mL Aged Rum
- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 30mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Sparkling Wine
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Top with a dash of sparkling wine
- Garnish with a mint sprig
