London Calling Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 40mL Gin
  • 15mL Dry Sherry (Fino)
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters

HOW TO

  1. Add all the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & double strain into your chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit
