I’m not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please send it back within 30 days and we will give you a full refund for the product (actual shipping costs excluded), no questions asked.

If there is a defect with any of your items, contact us prior to returning and we can arrange a return label at no charge. Once received, we will exchange the item for you at our expense.

Please note that the items must be in new and unused condition if you are returning due to change of mind.
