    Can I get a refund/return or exchange my international order?

    If you would like to return and claim a refund or exchange your product(s), you are welcome do so. You must contact us prior to returning for approval. Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs of shipping and/or fees such as duties, taxes, etc. Any additional fees that are incurred upon return shipping, will be deducted from the refund or value of the exchange.

     

    If there is a defect with any of your items, contact us prior to returning. We require evidence such as photos and/or video displaying the defect. The product(s) must be returned to our warehouse (5/42-44 Moss Ave, Marleston, SA 5033, Australia). Once the product has been returned it will be assessed – if the product is deemed to be defective, we will exchange or refund at our discretion. If a refund is offered, you will receive a refund of the product and initial shipping costs. If you are able to provide a tax invoice of the return freight, you will be reimbursed up to the value of $20 AUD.

     

    Please note that the items must be in new and unused condition if you are returning due to change of mind.
