The Jasmine's pretty pink hue gives the illusion that it will be quite a sweet drink and the addition of Campari gives the impression it will be bitter but in fact it sits right in the middle. Not sweet, barely bitter and to be honest, leaves me underwhelmed.
Ingredients
- 45mL Gin
- 7.5mL Campari
- 7.5mL Cointreau
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon

First of all, great blog and you tube channel! I’m hooked.
There is a difference in your written recipe and your video.
In the written recipe you want me to use 75 ml of Cointreau instead of the 7,5 ml.
(I don’t wanna dance on the table…. it’s not a pretty sight 😉 )
