Irish Maid Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 30mL Irish Whiskey
- 15mL St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Cucumber
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber
- Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake and strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber
