How to make an Elder Fashion

Ingredients

• 60mL Plymouth Gin
• 15mL Elderflower Liqueur
• 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20-30 seconds
3. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit
