If you love all things coffee then you’ll be a crazed fan of the Dominicana. The gently layered cream and touch of sugar helps to cut through the strong drink, making for a very tasty sipper.
- 45mL Aged Rum
- 45mL Coffee Liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
- 7.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Float cream on top
