Christmas Near Toronto Cocktail Recipe
A riff on the classic Toronto cocktail by Brian - Co-founder and Distiller of Corpen Distillers, a micro distillery experience in Barcelona.
Ingredients
- 60mL Rye Whiskey
- 7.5mL Cynar
- 7.5mL Pine Syrup (how to)
- 2 Dashed Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for 20-30 seconds until adequately diluted
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh pine
