Angostura Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 30mL Angostura Bitters
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 10mL Cream
- Egg White
- 30mL Soda Water
Instructions
- Dry shake the egg white
- Add the remaining ingredients, excluding the soda water
- Shake vigorously
- Add the soda water to your stemmed cocktail glass
- Double strain the cocktail into your glass
- Garnish with a pineapple slice
