Ingredients

• 52.5mL Bacardi 8
• 30mL Martini Bitter
• 15mL Cocchi Americano
• 15mL Strawberry Syrup
• Sage
• Orange

Instructions

1. Press on sage to release its oils and add the sage and an orange peel to a shaking tin
2. Add spirits, strawberry syrup, and ice and throw the cocktail from tin to tin until diluted and cold
3. Pour over a large cube and garnish with fresh orange peel and sage
