INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Bourbon Whiskey
- 30mL Amaro di Angostura
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Maple Syrup (1:1)
- Egg White
HOW TO
- Add the egg white to your cocktail shaker and dry shake
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Shake & strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
