Airmail Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 30mL Light Rum
- 15mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 15mL Honey Syrup (3:1)
- 60mL Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine to your cocktail shaker
- Shake then add the sparkling wine
- Stir gently then strain into your chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel
